If you want to give us an outline of your training need(s) before any type of conversation, either email us directly or complete our ‘contact us’ form, where you can start to outline your training, coaching or professional development need(s). This will allow us to come to the conversation prepared with our portfolio and how we have helped other organisations, businesses, teams and individuals in the past. In our follow up call, expect us to ask questions and actively listen to your specific need(s) in order to fully understand your request, before making any recommendation(s) and proposal(s). There is no substitute to picking up the phone and giving us a call, we love to hear from new and existing clients. And of course, we are available through direct message, via a text or WhatsApp.
These might sound like similar things, however, we see ourselves very much as facilitators. This means that we prompt a series of professional conversations, married with sharing practical hints, tips, tools and techniques. Whether you’re in one of our sessions, events or conferences, we encourage high-levels of engagement and participation, not just listening to our voice(s), for the duration of the discussion. Of course, we like to share our knowledge and expertise, but this style of delivery means that our audience(s) is at the core of the conversation and not just an observer of it.
We like to keep our availability accessible and can often move as quickly as you can. If you want something delivered within the month, we will be able to accommodate, also offering around the clock sessions from Monday – Saturday. This is one of our unique points, offering quality Learning, Training and Professional Development at no additional cost, for evening and weekend staff.
Great question. From our 25yrs.+ experience in corporate Learning, Training, Talent and Development roles, we have worked with all levels of staff, from new joiners up to senior management teams, business leaders, executives and business owners. We specialise in the development of leaders, people managers and front-line management, however, with our modern facilitation style and our approach to sharing practical hints, tips, tools and techniques, we cater for all levels of staff.
Put simply, this is the structure that we build all of our products and services around. Everything we do fits into one or more of these stages, with us encouraging our audience(s) to see leadership and management as a journey, made easier by Understanding Self, Regulating Self, Understanding Others, Effectively Managing Others and / or Effectively Leading Others. All of our products and services link to one of more of these stages, whether its attending one of our sessions, completing a psychometric profile or having a 1:2:1 coaching conversation. If your leadership and management development isn’t challenging you in one of the these stages, ask yourself what value is it adding.
There isn’t one. We believe finding a coach who can get the best out of you, is a very personal decision. For this reason, we initially offer a free, no obligation, 30min. online coaching conversation, in order for you to meet us, discuss the benefits of coaching and for you to see if our style compliments yours. If you decide to go ahead with a booking, we have no minimum order, being able to pay by the hour, or, you could purchase a bank of hours to use across the year in our popular retainer service; Mosaic Anytime.
We want to keep this as simple as possible for you and for us. For stand-alone sessions and requests, we traditionally invoice immediately after the event for what has been delivered. We also have a popular retainer service; Mosaic Anytime. This allows you to buy and bank a set number of hours (minimum order 8hrs.) to use across the year. The more hours you buy, the more cost-effective it is. There is no time limit on usage, with us updating you on a monthly basis of how many hours you have remaining on your balance. This is ideal for certain times of the year if you have a budget that you need to ‘use or lose’, as you can carry over any outstanding hours, from one period to the next, without penalty. This flexible service and allows you to get maximum value from your investment, with it including things like; • Bespokement of training content, to include specific activities, organisation documentation, processes, policies and standard operating procedures. • Facilitation of training courses. • 1:2:1 coaching. • Group coaching (Action Learning Sets) • Mentoring. • Outplacement support. • Guest facilitator or guest speaker. • Team building events, compare and facilitation.
